Let’s Have A Party Pause the war Let’s have a party, Forget the starving And the lame, Let our heroes Come Together, Let them meet And play some games. Keep the torture Wheels a rolling, They’re in rooms No one will hear, Let our leaders Feed on fine food, At a table With their names. Ban the protests We are sportsmen, No political Posing here, They’ve spent Billions on the Structures, Let’s shake hands And be sincere. Keep the bombs Keep on building, We’ve got battles Yet to begin. In the meantime Applaud the athletes, Their time spent Training is so dear.
